Our Nicaragua Matagalpa beans are grown high in the lush Esteli Estate, nestled in Nicaragua’s Matagalpa region at elevations of 950–1,200 meters. The cool mountain nights and rich microclimate slow the ripening process, unlocking deep, complex flavors in every bean.

This exceptional high-altitude blend features premium Caturra, Parainema, Catimore, and Catuai varietals. Carefully washed and patio-dried, each batch is crafted for consistency and quality—bringing you a smooth, flavorful brew that truly stands out.

Our Artisan Collection of coffees are passionately and meticulously roasted to order in small batches of no more than 1kg at a time. This ensures optimal freshness and the highest quality control.
