Refund policy
1.1 Coffee products are only eligible for return if there is a fault with the product.
1.2 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
1.3 Email suncitycoffee2020@gmail.com with full details of the item and the fault.
1.4 There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
2. Refunds (if applicable)
2.2 If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
3. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

4. Faulty Goods
4.1 Sun City Coffee is committed to product excellence and stands behind the quality of the products it produces, unfortunately, from time-to-time manufacturing faults can and do occur. If you think your product has suffered a manufacturing fault please contact us. Items that are damaged as a result of excessive or long term usage are not considered faulty.
NB:
Please ensure that you dispatch your return with enough carriage for the item and that it is sent either tracked or signed for with proof of postage. Sun City Coffee are not responsible for and are not liable for, any items lost in transit. All carrier choice is at your own risk, we can not take responsibility for loss or damage caused by independent carriers.
