Mexico - Mountain Water Process Decaf

Using water from the highest mountain in Mexico, this coffee has been processed naturally leaving a coffee that is 99.9% caffeine free.

This coffee is from the varietals Bourbon, Caturra, Typica and Catuaí and is grown at around 1,000 meters elevation. The relative low altitude results in large beans and smooth coffee with a low acidity with tasting notes of smooth chocolate and nutty tones

This decaf coffee is from smallholder producers who deliver to the San Cristobal de las Casas and Yajalón buying stations in northern Chiapas, to the east and northeast of Tuxla Gutiérrez the region.

Recommended for:

• sweet and easy drinking lattes
• medium filter coffee
